In less than a week, the empty halls of the Tennessee Capital building will be filled with bustling future politicians, lawyers, and politically intrigued college students. Through the various workshops and disclaimers, it has been expressed that TISL IS NOT A PARTY! However, you can still enjoy the beautiful city of Nashville.

As college students, every penny saved is a penny earned, so here are a couple of hotspot food options that will not break the bank.

2. Joe Biden: An American Promise Tour

See former vice president Joe Biden in full discussion that will go beyond the typical news cycle or social media post. Jon Meacham, a renowned presidential historian will serve as the moderator for the night. This event is November 19th at 7:30 pm at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center, every ticket purchased earns a copy of Mr. Biden’s memoir Promise me, Dad: A Year of Hardship, and Purpose. This is an amazing way to conclude the TISL experience.
