New for 2017- open conference calls!

TISL Governor Kara Gilliam and the rest of the Executive Council have decided to begin hosting open conference calls ahead of the 48th General Assembly in November. They hope to bring about more transparency from the EC so delegates will know what changes are taking place internally. The calls will operate on a two-tier system. The EC is on on tier one, which gives them permission to talk freely, like a regular conference call. All other delegates will call from a number which allows them to listen to the conversation, but they will not be able to speak on the call. The kinks are currently being worked out and we will publish the number as soon as it is available.
